The summer came late, and then stuck around for a while, leaving us with some unseasonably warm September weather. The bell peppers didn’t mind. I think they like it. Not only are bell peppers delicious – they’re also beautiful.
Of course, if you like looking at bell peppers, I’ll bet you like eating them even more. We made breakfast with our potatoes, bell peppers, and some spanish torpedo onions, all from the garden. Amazing.
